As Compliance Coordinator, I help ensure our clients consistently receive safe, high-quality care. My role includes reviewing and updating care plans, carrying out audits, visiting clients and overseeing medication compliance. I also work with other healthcare professionals and ensure our Carers have the knowledge and information they need to administer medication safely.

To me, great care means helping our clients feel well supported, happy and fulfilled. I’m most proud knowing they are receiving the best possible care and that everyone involved is working together to meet their needs.

Outside work, I have two children and love spending time with my family. I also enjoy travelling, being active, exploring the outdoors and trying new foods—especially anything spicy!
