My journey with Right at Home Cardiff & Newport began almost 12 years ago, when the business first started. I joined as a Care Assistant and fulfilled this role for a number of years. My time as a Care Assistant helped me grow as a person and provided me with the opportunity to meet some wonderful people, with whom I developed lovely friendships with.

During my time with the company I have undertaken multiple roles, including Moving and Handling Trainer and Business Development Manager.

After returning from my maternity leave, I decided to step away from my role as a BDM, due to not being able to commit to the position fulltime. I am currently working as a Finance Assistant, which I thoroughly enjoy.

Over the years, my skills and knowledge have been enhanced greatly. It has been such a privilege, and I am truly grateful and so fortunate to work for such a wonderful company.
