Megan Forshaw

I’ve been part of the Right at Home family on and off since I was 16, working in numerous roles across the company. Each position has helped shape my understanding of care and the importance of supporting both clients and care professionals. Over time, I realised that the role of Care Coordinator is where I truly feel at home and where my passion lies.

I enjoy making sure care is well organised, person-centred, and delivered to a high standard. Outside of work, I’m a proud cat owner, and when I’m at work I like having a view of nature, which helps keep me calm and focused throughout the day.
