Care for a life you love

Homecare – It’s About Staying You

We provide trusted homecare in Derby and the surrounding areas, helping you feel supported and comfortable in the place you know best. From friendly companionship and light household help to complex care and live-in support, every plan is tailored around your needs so care feels personal and enriching.

Because choosing care is such a personal decision, we know how important it is for you to feel confident. That’s why we hold ourselves to the same high standard we’d want for our own loved ones. Our local Carers take time to build trust and genuine relationships, so your care feels consistent and reassuring.

You’ll often notice the difference in the everyday moments. It might be helping you get ready for the day, sharing a cup of tea and a jigsaw puzzle, or supporting you to attend your dementia-friendly singing group. These moments help life feel steady and meaningful, and they’re at the heart of living well at home.

By focusing on what matters most to you, we’ll help you stay safe at home, respected as an individual and confident in living life your own way.

Care for a Life You Love

Our Carers do more than carry out tasks — they bring warmth, connection and genuine companionship to every visit.

Whether that means enjoying a walk through Darley Park, watching the wildlife at Alvaston Lake, having lunch in a café on Friar Gate, or visiting the Derby Museum and Art Gallery, we help Clients keep doing the things that make life enjoyable.

We also support transport to GP and hospital appointments at Royal Derby Hospital, attend faith groups, visit local day centres and attend dementia-friendly cinema screenings — helping people feel engaged and connected in their community.

To us, care is never just about ticking boxes. It’s about making every day a little easier and a lot more meaningful.

When is the right time to organise care?

Deciding to seek care for a loved one is a significant step for any family. Many families begin considering care when a relative starts relying on them for everyday tasks like cooking, cleaning, or running errands.

Starting the conversation early can ensure your family member receives the right level of support before their needs become more pressing. Our experienced team can guide you through this process with understanding and sensitivity.

Do you provide care after surgery?

Yes. We support Clients returning home from Royal Derby Hospital and other local facilities. We help with mobility, medication and everyday support during recovery. We will work with your medical team to ensure that your transition from hospital to home is as seamless as possible.

How much does homecare cost?

Costs vary depending on the type and frequency of care you need. We’ll work with you to find a solution that suits your needs and your budget. You may be eligible for support from Derby City Council or Derbyshire County Council — we’re happy to help guide you through the process.

Can I arrange care for myself?

Absolutely. Many of our Clients take the initiative to arrange their own care. We’ll work with you to build a plan that helps you live life on your own terms.

Who is homecare for?

Anyone who needs a bit of extra support — whether due to age, health issues, or recovery. Every plan is customised to match your routine, goals and preferences.
