Finalists in two categories for Right at Home awards 2023

Last week we enjoyed our best ever annual conference (Right at Home UK) in Burton-on-Trent.
We were finalists in two categories of awards (Employer of the Year 2023, and Marketing Excellence 2023).
The highlight for me was a guest speaker called 'Scotty Mills', an ex-officer from '42 Commando' of the 'Royal Marines'.
One of the most incredible, yet inspirational speeches I have heard.
So much of it can be applied to our everyday lives, how we run our organisation.
