Laura Davis

I have worked in care for about 10 years in a variety of different contexts i.e., Care Homes as well as Home Care, and in both Carer and Senior Carer roles. I loved the variety of Home Care and seeing different clients so came to Right at Home nearly 2 years ago.

I love Care Work: being able to help each client with whatever they may need. Previously I have worked with Right at Home in the role of Client Liaison Officer. I have now taken on a more staff focused role, supporting with Training and Development and conducting spot checks in the homes of our Clients, to ensure our care team is fully equipped to deliver really Outstanding care. 

Other than work I have 3 beautiful daughters to run around after. They keep me busy and smiling each day.
