Charlotte 

I started working for Right at Home in 2014, starting off as a Care Assistant and then progressing into the office as an Administration Assistant. I then progressed to Finance Assistant and now currently working as the Finance Manager.

Within my role I am in charge of all the financial aspects, from the invoicing to the payroll. My role plays a huge part within Right at Home, and I am grateful to have been given this opportunity to progress within a fantastic company that puts their service users and care staff as their top priority, to enable the best care is delivered out in the community.
