Esmé Maunsel
Training & Development Manager / Field Care Supervisor

Esmé first joined Right at Home as a Carer, where she quickly became a valued member of the team. Her dedication to our Clients and her passion for care led her to progress into her current role as Training & Development Manager / Field Care Supervisor.

Esmé looks after the training and development of our carers, from delivering induction training for new starters to providing ongoing training and support as they build their skills and experience. She also supports new carers throughout their probation period and supervises their shadow calls, helping them feel comfortable and confident in their new role.

Alongside this, Esmé supports with care assessments and compliance, deals with Client queries and is there to support both our Clients and carers whenever needed.

Having started her career with Right at Home as a Carer, Esmé understands the role from first-hand experience. She enjoys helping our carers develop and is always happy to lend a hand, whether that's supporting a new member of the team or helping one of our Clients.
